This was our first time eating there. Staff was pleasant, and the service was good. I got the classic burger and fries. It was one of the best burgers I have had. Two burgers with fries and soft drinks $27 not bad today. We will diffinately be going back.

New Burger joint opened after mall renovated, tried signature Burger Cowboy up, it was so delicious and lots of flavors looks like patty made from scratch and grilling in front of us and it was very fresh, it combined with fried onion rings bacon sautéed mushrooms and kind of a bbq sauce i guess, Very trendy environmental place, not so pricey unfortunately they don't serve coffee

For mall food, very good. For stand alone burger joint, still way above average. The flame done burger was a taste I've missed even from other great burger joints. I had the "cowboy up" + jalapeños. Onion rings. And drink. Onion rings were sold 5/5 . Well done. Tasty not to greasy. Burger was on point. I would've like to see some veg, like lettuce or whatever.. I'll have to try a different one next time. But overall was yummy. Burger was not so big you can't eat it either..(pet peeve) Good flavors, sold execution. 4/5.

Good taste and good options. Service was a little slow, despite no line at the time of our order. The ground beef had a very good flavor and was not over-cooked. All of the toppings tasted fresh and complimented the sandwiches well. The Cowboy Up has a good bacon and a nice sauce. The Patty Melt had a well toasted bread with sufficient swiss cheese to melt into the burger patty. This was a higher quality of burger than I use to expect from a Food Court in a mall, but many of these establishments seem to be much improved.

I walked up to their new location in our freshly renovated food court. It was 15 minutes after their closing & they took my order! The food smelled good and it tastes great. Awesome service too. I'll definitely be back!

My burger was delicious, well seasoned and made with quality ingredients. The only issue was that I requested and paid for sauteed onions, but they were not put on the burger. I do recommend Grounded and will return as a customer. The pricing is a little steep for 2 sandwiches, but in my opinion, even with the location being in a commercial mall, you are receiving restaurant quality burgers.
